Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in a facility with over 125 beds. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in skilled nursing management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional environment that promotes staff development and teamwork.
• Monitor patient care to ensure it meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Develop and manage the nursing budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nursing activities. Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in skilled nursing management.
  • Experience in facilities with 125+ beds.
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
