• Employment Type: TravelSalary: $2,675.20/weekMedical specialty: Intensive Care UnitStandard shift: NightsWeekly schedule: 3x12Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 07:00 AM.Total Number of Beds: 42 beds (Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14)Floating Required: YesScrub Color: NavyCommon Patient Diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx.Specialty Equipment Used On-Unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun).Description:Must live 75 Miles away from facility.Provides critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions.They monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators or other medical devices.They collaborate with physicians to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans.Additionally, ICU nurses provide emotional support to patients and their families while ensuring a safe and sterile environment.EPIC EMR required.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 02 years' of ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU experience required.Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex.Education:Required Education:Associate's Degree required.Preferred Education:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.Required Certifications & Licensure:Current NY State RN License and NURSYS Report Licenses verification required.Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.ProKatchers LLC is revolutionizing healthcare staffing!
