About the facility A large, busy hospital is seeking a pediatric
anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage. About the facility
location As much as you've heard about New York City there are
still constantly changing things to do. Everywhere you look, you
can find little coffee shops to stop in or bars to have a drink at
after work! Take some time at Central Park to take in the sites
while on assignment. There are tours for everything in the city so
be sure to research what you want to do before heading to the city
that never sleeps. About the clinician's workday The shifts will be
8s, 10s, and 12s. The facility needs someone who is flexible on
shifts. The EMR system is QUADRUM. The cases include level 1
trauma, general surgery, peds, neuro, vascular (can do 2 plus peds
if they are not comfortable with neonates and kids under age 2 but
they see all), and no cardiac or transplants. There will be 50%
hands-on and 50% supervision. The facility has 9 ORs. It will take
around 90 days to credential. There will be 16 MDs and 8 CRNAs in
