A new Hospital Supervisor Pharmacy opening is now available with a well-respected acute care hospital in Central New York! The Hospital Supervisor Pharmacy will oversee the day to day shift operations for the inpatient hospital pharmacy.The Hospital Supervisor Pharmacy will report to the Hospital Pharmacy Manager and will oversee clinical pharmacists from various pharmacy specialties. The Supervisor Pharmacy will aid the Pharmacy Manager in staffing, staff performance development, and ensuring pharmacy compliance with regulations and policies.This acute care hospital is well known and respected in their community for providing excellent patient care. The Hospital Pharmacy Supervisor will join a hospital part of a great healthcare network with multiple sites that is consistently looking to improve their quality of care.The Supervisor Pharmacy will be present to assist and provide expertise when Pharmacy staff requires help with patient situations. The Pharmacy Supervisor will have previous acute care hospital Pharmacy experience and ideally hospital pharmacy leadership experience. This position will require a NY State Pharmacy Clinical License.The Pharmacy Supervisor will not only work in a wonderful hospital environment, but in a great area of Central New York as well.
