CNA - Full Time (0.94) - Evenings at Mohawk Valley Health System summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I provide essential care to residents by assisting with their daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. My responsibilities include reading and documenting medical records accurately under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The position requires a high school diploma and a NYS certification, with a focus on delivering compassionate and high-quality care in a long-term care environment. Job Summary Provides direct and indirect resident care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group or residents.
