  Key Responsibilities:
  --- Provide immediate and effective emergency care to patients with acute medical conditions, trauma, or other life-threatening issues.
  --- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on clinical acuity.
  --- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions per physician orders.
  --- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  --- Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment, including ventilators, defibrillators, and cardiac monitors.
  --- Ensure accurate documentation of patient history, assessment findings, interventions, and outcomes.
  --- Educate patients and their families on discharge instructions and post-emergency care.
  --- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and safety standards.
  --- Float to other departments as needed based on facility requirements.
  
  Qualifications:
  --- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice (or compact license).
  --- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department (ED) setting.
  --- ACLS, BLS; TNCC and CEN (preferred).
  --- Proficiency in handling trauma, cardiac emergencies, stroke care, and other critical cases.
  --- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  --- Ability to adapt to different hospital settings and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  
  Willingness to work on every other weekend, and rotating holidays.
