that this is not a remote job; the selected applicant will be
required to work on-site, interacting directly with clients and
managing projects throughout the sales lifecycle.As a Sales
Consultant at Renatus Exteriors, you will be at the forefront of
customer interaction, helping homeowners enhance the appearance and
value of their homes with our industry-leading exterior solutions.
This role requires a motivated and service-oriented individual with
a passion for sales and customer engagement. You will utilize your
skills to nurture leads, manage client relationships, and
ultimately, secure sales that align with our company's goals and
values.Duties and Responsibilities
- Run company provided appointments.
- Generate sales by completing prospecting and marketing
activities set forth by management.
- Canvass storm damaged areas to identify potential clients.
- Prep and mail targeted letters to prospective clients.
- Disburse door hangers prior and post-mailer in targeted
neighborhoods.
- Knock on doors in areas where marketing materials have been
distributed to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to enhance
customer loyalty and referrals.
- Ask for referrals from current and potential clients to broaden
network.
- Run company generated lead appointments that are set for
them.
- Prepare detailed estimates for insurance and non-insurance
related projects.
- Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure comprehensive coverage
of damages.
- Regular follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and
manage project progress.
- Meet with homeowners to finalize colors and sign off on
contracts.
- Accurately measure projects and retrieve pricing information
efficiently.Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role in the
home exterior or related industry.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close sales
effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an
ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
- Highly motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed
targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of home exterior products and services is highly
desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for sales
tracking and customer management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as
traveling to different locations is required.
- Strong ethics and a high level of integrity when dealing with
sensitive and confidential information.
