- OR: Every weekend (on-call required), on-call 1 day per week, once a month on call

        Emergency Contact Form required prior to start
        
        Aya contract. AHA strongly preferred. ARC will be accepted for initial contract, but updated certs must be through AHA. Associated topics: ambulatory, bsn, cardiothoracic, hospice, intensive care unit, recovery, registed, surgical, transitional, unit
