  We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable -Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide.
  Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:
  
  
• 
  - - - -Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
  
  
• 
  - - - -Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed

  - - - -Assist in monitoring the medication program
  
  
• 
  - - - -Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents at our community in Skaneateles -
  
  
  Resident Care Aide Education & Experience:
  
  
• 
  - - - -High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  
  
• 
  - - - -Two (2) years of resident care experience preferred
  
  
• 
  - - - -Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations
