AG Consulting Engineering, PC (AG), a design, engineering, and construction management firm, is looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Superintendent to support our client in Saranac Lakes, New York.

Position: Assistant Construction Superintendent / Inspector

Location: Saranac Lakes, New York

Project: Building Rehabilitation

Responsibilities:

- Setup and coordinate meetings with Contractor and Scheduler.

- Coordinate and conduct a monthly schedule update meeting.

- Review monthly payments and track certified payrolls.

- Develop lead times, milestones, and deliverables for Project (s).

- Suggest modifications to improve the project schedule where appropriate.

- Assess impact of change requests on the project schedule and budgets.

- Monitor and enforce the project schedule.

- Create and track Field orders and Change Orders.

- Track Submittals, and RFI's.

- Coordinate Third Party Code Inspection and Documentation.

- Oversee safety and security at project sites.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience involving construction projects.

OSHA 30 training is preferred.

Familiarity with scheduling software is preferred.
